Welcome to "Southern Charm", a beautiful 4 bedroom home! Nestled in a quiet, small community of Foley, you will stumble upon this gem waiting to host your family for a great get away. Bring the whole crew or ball team with the Primary Suite boasting a King Size Bed, wall mounted Smart TV, Full Bath including a separate shower and dual sinks. Guest Bedroom #1 features a Full Size Bed perfect for the teens, and a Smart TV. The kiddos will love Guest Bedroom #2 providing 2 Twin Size Beds and a Smart TV for their favorite shows. Yes you can even bring the baby sitter (I mean the In-Laws) for Guest Bedroom #3 hosting another King Size Bed and private access to the Guest Bathroom with a Shower/ Tub combo. Gather everyone in the cozy living area for some great football games, or just to enjoy each others company. The fully stocked kitchen can assist in creating some great meals for the crew. Dine inside, or take it out to the seating area out by the pool. ** POOL HEATING FEE: Pool heating is recommended for our cooler months from November through April. If opted for, pool heating fee is $50 per night of the reservation. Pool will be set on heat the day of your arrival and ready to enjoy. Pool temperature is set to 90 degrees. The temperature of the water depends on the outside and ground temperatures.

* Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.

* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
