Designed with gathering in mind, this home offers a peaceful retreat for families, friends, or couples looking to unwind while staying close to the best of the peninsula.



The Space:

Completed in 2024, Orchard View Retreat combines open, light-filled spaces with thoughtful details at every turn. The main living area features a bright and airy open-concept design-a space that invites connection whether you’re cooking, lounging, or gathering for meals.



The fully equipped kitchen offers high-end appliances, a large center island, and plenty of room to cook and share stories while dining together at the table for eight. Just beyond, the cozy living room is centered around plush seating and a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights, morning cartoons, or rainy-day board games.



Three beautifully designed bedrooms comfortably sleep up to ten guests. The primary suite features a king bed with a Smart TV and a luxurious ensuite bath complete with a walk-in shower and soaking tub-your own private retreat after a day of exploring. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, ideal for couples or teens, while the third bedroom offers four twin beds-perfect for kids, cousins, or friends to unwind together.



Two and a half bathrooms provide both comfort and convenience for larger groups. In addition to the ensuite, the guest bath features a tub/shower combination, and a half bath off the main living area adds an extra touch of practicality during your stay.



Step outside to the covered back patio, where orchard views set the scene for al fresco dining, grilling, or simply sipping wine as the sun sets. The fire pit is a favorite spot for evening conversations and stargazing, while the private mowed trail winding through the property offers a quiet place for a morning walk or peaceful reflection.
