🏡 Your private room is your domain; no unwelcome visits. Need anything? Our caretakers are at your service or message us via app.
⚠️ Just so you know, The main house renovations are off-limits, gated off for your privacy.
🏢 We have two other apartments on the property, Carina & Vela, above you.
The garage, garden and pool are shared only with guests of the two apartments above. Pablo doesn't not have a parking.

Santa Catarina Palopó is a small village of 8,000 people. I love it's proximity to Panajachel, we are a 12 minute driving distance.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our property has direct access to the lake and also to the road. Very accessible. I love the peacefulness of the village and the lush nature. We have birds signing outside all day long.
