Nestled in a quiet and convenient neighborhood in North Wales, PA, Cozy on Walnut is a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath twin home thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and convenience. Our cozy home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Bedroom 1: King bed with plenty of storage space

Bedroom 2: Twin bed with trundle (great for kids or extra guests)

Bedroom 3: Queen bed for a relaxing night’s sleep

Enjoy the open-concept living and dining room, complete with a 50-inch Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, plus a coffee and tea bar stocked with coffee, tea, and flavored syrups for your morning pick-me-up.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the main living floor, upstairs bedrooms, and the basement laundry area. You’ll also have access to the fenced-in backyard—perfect for relaxing or letting pets play—and the front porch.

We’re available throughout your stay and happy to help with anything you need. The best way to reach us is through text or the messaging feature, but you can call if you prefer. We live locally and are always glad to assist or offer recommendations to make your visit more enjoyable.
