All furniture is brand new along with new appliances and hardwood floors! This house is right off King Street, easy walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston`s top restaurants and nightlife.
This is a beautifully renovated house in the heart of the city that is great for anyone who is here to enjoy downtown Charleston! There are three spacious bedrooms and an open-concept living room leading into the kitchen. Top of the line Smart TV along with a matching sound bar system make the living room a delight to spend time in.
You will have access to the whole house so make yourself at home! The driveway conveniently fits three cars for complementary off-street parking.
I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.
The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!
Being the urban environment that downtown Charleston is, noise levels are moderate at this property.
