This listing includes two identical, modern-built homes rented together, giving your group plenty of room and comfort right in the heart of downtown. Together, the homes offer 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 4 off-street parking spacesâa rare find in Charleston. Each home features 4 bedrooms and full 3 bathrooms, designed with groups in mind. There is a total of six king bedrooms and two bunk rooms (each with 4 twin beds), both houses together can act as a home base for a larger groups visiting the area. Each primary bedroom is located on the first level featuring a king bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom. The additional 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom 2 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
