However, due to ongoing construction in the area, you may hear occasional construction noises during your stay. GENERAL - You can enjoy full access to the entire house, including the private pool, patio, parking and balconies are yours to enjoy!
PARKING - The house comes with one off-street parking spot. Paid parking is available off-premises.
CHECK-IN - Self check-in is a breeze using the keypad, a door code will be provided at time of booking.

Other things to note:
POOL - Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. The property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.
POOL HEATING - Please note that pool heating is seasonal ONLY (typically cannot be heated December-February) and any time there are colder temperatures, but is available when temperatures are above 60 degrees. Seasonal pool heating/cooling can be added for $75/day (if you would like to add this on, it will need to be for the entire stay). Please message if interested.
PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.
SMOKING - No smoking is allowed on property premise (inside and outside) Violators will be fined for smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property premises at least 10 feet away please.
CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.
NOISE - Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Wonderful stay! We booked a girls trip in Jan and loved our time at the property. Walking distance to everything. We had an amazing stay, the house was beautiful and every bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the extra care taken in every space - especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We were walkable to everything - including historic downtown - but we also found some shopping and eating gems right around the corner in this trendy neighborhood. This house is particularly great for groups that like to gather around the kitchen island and adjacent dining table. We played a lot of trivia!

We were a group of 5 old friends on a girls’ trip and this house was great for us. We each had our own bedroom, which were all beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is large with a huge table perfect for gathering. The location is a ways North of the main downtown area, but not a bad walk or an easy Uber. There is a lot of construction in the area, so bring your favorite earplugs or use the ones the host provides. We were not bothered by the construction, just be aware it’s going on. The host is very responsive and also gave wonderful suggestions for our stay. The home is well stocked and even has Keurig and Nespresso pods for your use.
