🚗 Parking Information

✔ Driveway parking is available on the right side when facing the house. Please park carefully as the driveway is narrow and must not block the sidewalk (this may result in a ticket).

✔ The driveway is shared with the upper unit, so there is a possibility of being blocked in at times. If needed, guests may need to coordinate briefly with others to move vehicles.

✔ Street parking is also available. Overnight parking is allowed, but please be mindful of posted signs. Do not block driveways or park near fire hydrants, as towing is strictly enforced. For safety, avoid parking in the area near the hydrant and only park on the west side of the street, facing uphill.

No daily housekeeping included. The unit is professionally cleaned before arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is available for longer bookings for an additional fee.



✹ Check-Out Reminder

Please dispose of excess trash in the outdoor bins located at the side of the property.

✹ Strictly no smoking, parties, or large gatherings. Violation will result in immediate removal from the property.



✹ Furniture must not be moved or rearranged.



✹ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late check-out fee: $65/hour (after 2 hours: $130/hour)



✹ Only registered guests are allowed on the property.



✹ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (especially outdoors)



✹ Damage & violation fees may apply:

✹ Security Notice

Exterior cameras are installed for property monitoring. A noise monitoring device is also in place indoors.
