Hi Bill, Thank you so much for the feedback, it is much appreciated as we strive to make every guest experience unforgettable. In regards to the lawn, we have our lawn care scheduled for every 2 weeks, and our lawn care was scheduled for 2 days after your checkout which was unfortunate timing. The exhaust fan we have never had a problem with or any notification that it was not working, so thank you for letting us know allowing us to get this fixed asap. In regards to the lighting outside, we will be replacing this bulb to be much brighter so we appreciate that as well. In regards to the house itself, we have had several professional photographers come out to take pictures of the place so I ensure you the pictures show an exact representation of the house and have been a huge complimentary factor from previous guests.
