There is no public transit around so we recommend that you either have a car or a bike. The suite is around 5 mins away from Canmore and 16 min from Banff. The place is also very close to the biking and hiking trails. It is perfect to explore and have a great day of adventure. :)
-Pets weighing up to 30 lbs are allowed.
-This building is conveniently located right next to the highway.
-We have security cameras in the building`s common areas. These will be on during your stay.
-Other tenants and road noise may be audible during your stay.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-Ongoing bathroom renovations in the building may result in some daytime noise. Work is being managed efficiently to minimize disruption.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guestâs entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $25 CAD per pet, per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. Due to building regulations, only pets that are 30 lbs. or less are accepted.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guestâs entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
