Welcome to your home away from home in vibrant Cleveland! This four-bedroom, three-bath retreat brings together comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to gather and unwind.

A relaxing front porch, perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

On the first floor you’ll find a dedicated office space, ideal if you need to work or check in remotely.

The living room features plush seating, a great board-game selection, and a karaoke machine—fun for family or friends to enjoy.

The dining room seats up to eight, while the adjacent kitchen offers bar seating for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll love the coffee nook—a dual‐Keurig & drip machine setup, plus coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrups provided for your convenience.

A convenient half bathroom sits on this level.

Sliding doors off the dining area open to a back deck, and just down a few steps you’ll find a 7 person hot tub and a propane grill—perfect for outdoor relaxing and dining.

🛏 Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upper Floor:

Master Suite: King bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private ensuite with walk-in shower.

Bedroom Two: Queen bed.

Bedroom Three: Full-over-full bunk bed, great for kids or groups.

Additional Bathroom: On this floor, full bath with tub/shower combo.
All bedrooms come equipped with a Smart TV for your streaming enjoyment.

The washer and dryer are located on this floor as well and available for guest use.

Third Floor Loft:

A flexible space with two full beds and a large closet—ideal for extra guests, family, or teens wanting their own zone.

⚠️ House Rules⚠️

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.

🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed

🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Parties or large gatherings
Unauthorized guests
🎉 No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.

👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

🔥 Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🐾 Pets:
Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.
NO cats allowed!

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub
♨️ Turn off the jets after use
✅ Always cover the hot tub after use
❌ No pets in the hot tub
❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.
→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

👟 Shoes off inside:
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
