● This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not intended for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules by allowing unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. Local guests seeking an event venue will not be accommodated.

● Allergy accommodations: Inform us in advance of any sensitivities.

● No daily housekeeping: Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

● Trash disposal: Garbage bins are located outside the house, and Thursday is trash day.

Check-out: 10 AM (Late check-out fees apply: $65/hour; after 2 hours, $130/hour).



💵 Damage fees:

Pet cleanup: $500-$1000 (minimum, depending on severity)

Party cleanup: $750 (minimum)

Smoking remediation: $500 (minimum)

✅ Guest Verification: Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.



📝 A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.



🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
