This region has one of the largest infrastructures for a beach community. Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, medical care, casino, and souvenir shopping are also short drives away. Many tours are offered close-by such as ATVs, horseback riding, fishing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boards, jet sking, canopy tours, hiking, bike rentals, etc.

Our lovely one-bedroom luxury condo sits on a stretch of white sand beaches that leads to a gorgeous mangrove forest. While all beaches are open to the public in Costa Rica, ours sits on a more secluded one due to its location. The condo features an opulent design with an old-world feel, with fine furnishings and classic taste.

With our lush gardens and stunning ocean views, you will definitely want to bring a camera to capture the sunrises and sunsets! Our condo is within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants in town. Our community itself offers swimming pools, paddleboards and kayaks, and more!

Please note this unit is currently for sale. We will try to not disturb your stay with a showing but it is possible we may need access, we appreciate your understanding.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
