Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the cozy living room, dining area, arcade corner, kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms. You’ll also have access to the washer and dryer inside the home for your convenience. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch and make yourself at home—this space is completely private during your stay.

Parking:
Please note that parking is limited to the street and the carport only. All other driveways or paved areas belong to neighboring properties and are strictly off-limits. Unauthorized parking may result in vehicles being towed at the owner’s expense.

✔ Street parking and the carport directly connected to this property are the only approved parking areas.
✔ Do not park in any other driveways—they belong to neighbors and are actively monitored. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
✔ This is a quiet residential neighborhood—please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
✔ No parties or events allowed.
✔ No pets or smoking inside the home.
✔ Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per pet in addition to the standard pet rent fee.
✔ There is a $10 additional guest fee per guest after the 2nd guest, automatically included if booked correctly. If guests are added after booking, VRBO will recalculate and apply the extra fee.
✔ Early check-in/Late checkout may be available for an extra cost.
✔ During colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, or outdoor areas. Salt and sand are provided, but please exercise caution as weather can change rapidly.

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.

~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
