The cabin is part of a two-unit home. Guests have full privacy in the first-floor unit, with a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. The separate lower unit is occupied full time and used by management. Downstairs renter is respectful and quiet.

Entry to the neighborhood is gated with a code. The home itself offers keyless entry for easy access.
