The Space:
Inside the condo, you’ll find a bright, beachy living space spread over three levels. The main bedroom suite occupies the entire top floor, with two additional bedrooms downstairs. The vaulted ceilings make the shared living space on the middle floor feel even larger, and the triple set of doors out to the balcony let in lots of natural light. The open floor plan combines the dining and living spaces, and the large table is perfect for a family dinner. A new washer/dryer just off the kitchen offers added convenience. Entertainment options include free WiFi, cable, and four TVs - one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

Schedule a tee time at one of the prominent golf courses in the area, make plans for a deep-sea fishing excursion, or just relax at the beach or pool. No matter how you spend your time, you’ll look forward to returning to your cozy home base at the end of each fun-filled day.

The full kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the nearby dining table seats six — ideal for family dinners or game nights. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The multi-level layout offers plenty of privacy: two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor, the main living space and a half bath on the second, and the primary king suite on the top floor — a true retreat within your retreat.

Things to Note:
- Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required. Parking hang tags will be available in the unit. If tags are misplaced or not returned guests will be charged a fee of $50 for each.
- This unit is located on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control.
- Washer and Dryer available in the unit
- Pet Policy: We're happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. A $150 pet fee applies. If you have not already included your pet in your reservation at the time of booking, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you'll be automatically notified.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
