• Must be 21+ to book and stay. Valid ID may be required.
• 1 dog under 50 lbs allowed per stay. Must be approved in advance. $200 fine for off-leash pets.
• Pets must be leashed at all times outdoors and supervised. Owner is liable for damage.
• No smoking indoors or on balconies. $200 fine + cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM (Sun–Thurs), 11PM–8AM (Fri–Sat). Noise monitoring on-site.
• Parking limited to 1 vehicle. No street parking. Vehicle must fit fully within gravel space. $250 fine for violations.
• Return key to lockbox at checkout. Lost key fee: $200.
• Home shares property with main house—please respect their privacy.
