*****South of NY was formerly known as Evenlight, and while newly introduced under its new name with Carolina Cabin Rentals, it has long been a guest favoriteâearning consistent 5-star reviews over the years.*****
Stay among the treetops at South of NY, a modern mountain getaway perched high above the Boone Valley. This brand-new cabin offers the perfect mix of comfort and style with soaring 13' ceilings, a sleek white quartz fireplace with linear gas logs, and south-facing windows that fill the space with natural light.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and invitingâideal for cooking, relaxing, or simply soaking in the views through the trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and everything you'll need to whip up meals at home, or just brew your morning coffee before heading out to explore. Step out onto the large covered deck for coffee or cocktails among the treetopsâit's a favorite spot any time of day.
Both main-level bedrooms have queen beds, big windows, and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. The hallway bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with on-demand hot waterâperfect after a long day of hiking, skiing, or exploring town.
Head downstairs for even more space to spread out. The lower-level studio includes a full second kitchen, comfy sofa and TV, and another full bathroom with a huge tiled shower. You can challenge your crew to a ping-pong match, or fold the table away and pull down the queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping space.
Located between Boone and Blowing Rock, this home offers the perfect base for exploring the High Country. You're just 11 minutes from Tweetsie Railroad and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, putting adventures, local shops, and restaurants close at hand.
With central heat and air, end-of-road privacy, and a peaceful wooded setting, South of NY is the perfect place to relax and rechargeâwhether you're here for mountain adventures or just some quiet time in the trees.
