Just steps from the sand, boardwalk, and water park, this bright and breezy 3rd floor, 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat is perfectly designed for families and friends to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories by the sea.

The Space

Step up to the 3rd floor and feel instantly at ease — the open floor plan and natural light make this home the perfect place to unwind after a day of sun and surf.

Living Area
The spacious living room features comfy seating, fireplace, a large smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the ocean-view deck. Whether you’re watching a movie, playing games, or just catching up with loved ones, it’s the ideal hangout spot. Pull up a stool at the bar and have some snacks and an ice cold drink before dinner.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up family meals — glasses, silverware, cookware, dishes, toaster, and a coffee maker. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar or share dinner around the large dining table.

Bedrooms
•Primary Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and sliding glass doors leading to the south facing rear private deck for amazing sunset views.
•Secondary: Queen bed and cozy coastal decor. Built in window bench with amazing natural light, sunset, boardwalk and ocean views.
•Third: Bunk bed setup great for kids or extra guests.

All bedrooms include fresh linens, comfortable mattresses, smart tv, smoke and co2 detectors, and plenty of storage.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms — one ensuite and one hall bath — both bright, clean, and fully stocked with towels, starter toiletries, and hair dryer for your convenience.


Outdoor Spaces

Step outside onto your private ocean-view front deck and take in the sea breeze. Perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or evening drinks as the sun sets over the shore.

The home also includes shared 2 car garage for easy unloading, parking, or storage for your bike and beach gear. Garage also features a Tesla wall charger with 24ft power cord available for use for all guests.

There’s an outdoor shower available (seasonal) for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.


Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, decks, garage, and driveway. The large garage is two cars wide and is shared with the first floor unit.
