Fully furnished w/ a dining area and kitchenette featuring an cooktop, convection oven, full-size fridge, microwave, air fryer, blender. Enjoy modern amenities, including a smart TV & Bluetooth speaker connectivity in the bathroom. Private separate entrance. All of the above on one private floor. The space
The space includes (all in one floor and private)
Room #1: bedroom with 3/4 bath with a shower (No tub)
Room #2: Open plan living room and kitchenette.
There is a full size refrigerator, toaster convection oven, microwave, TV, Roku, and wifi available. No stove but there is a cook top.

Enjoy Wifi speaker connectivity to the speaker bathroom fan for your phone or bluetooth devices.

Things to note before staying: This is in-law is attached to a single family home, so there is a second floor above the unit. There is potential for foot traffic and noise.

This private space has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Check-in time after 3 pm and on, check out at 10 AM.

Pets: if you are traveling with pets, please keep couch covers on the couch.(provided inside white wicker chest)

-5 min drive to mass pike and route 9, and Framingham State University
-20-25 min walk to Framingham State

Guests have access to the entire private space, front yard and a portion of the driveway.
