This private lower-level unit offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with its own separate entrance, ensuring privacy throughout your visit. The owner occupies the upper unit of the home but does not share guest spaces, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and independent experience.
The home features 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating families, couples, business travelers, or long-term guests. A quiet furnished backyard provides the perfect place to relax outdoors after a busy day exploring the Bay Area.

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.
For guests staying longer than 28 days, additional screening may be required, including identity verification and supporting documentation such as employment verification or recent pay stubs.
Additional utility fees may apply for long-term stays. To enhance security for both guests and the property, guests may also be asked to complete a secure online registration form prior to check-in.
For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure website online for $49 fee.
We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month ($150 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month maximum one pet only.
