We loved our stay and will absolutely book again in the future! Maritza the property manger was beyond responsive, kind, and made sure we had all the essentials. The unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and literally steps from the beach. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall was great. Could have been cleaner, dust and AC filter. Also, the sliding door did not lock, not good when traveling with children. Location and price was great!

It’s a Beautiful condo. The Host was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and you can’t beat the view!! Definitely would stay there again!

Very friendly host, place was very clean and in great location. Loved that the place had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs - although we didn't use them, it was nice that we had the option to use them. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, close to get around and close to beach. What makes a five star is how great the property manager/ host was. She was super attentive to any need, great at communicating and so nice.

We had a few issues, however, the co host was incredibly responsive and helpful! Life happens and things aren’t always perfect but having a host that is easily accessible is so appreciated! Definitely felt that they cared about us having a great vacation. I would absolutely stay here should we vacation in Puerto Rico again.

Water was being rationed on the island while we were vacationing. The host kept us informed prior to arrival so we knew what to expect. The rationing also affected the central AC. The host provided us with plenty of fans and in-room window ACs for the bedrooms. This made for a pleasant stay as we had a place to easily cool down during the day. The whole apartment was clean and well cared for.

This was such a lovely stay! The property is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. We loved spending time chilling on the balcony. We loved being beachfront (and there are beach rentals and amenities available right out the door of the property). Daniel was a great host and we loved Maritza the property manager.

Host was very in touch with us and happy to communication.AC was iffy, but that was due to an issue with the building.Location and views were perfect.Lots of good local and chain restaurants within an easy walk. Along with the beach.Beds were comfortable.Water pressure was good.

The host was amazing. Our flight was delayed and we did not get in until late and she was always easy to get a hold of. We enjoyed our stay and had the best view of the new years fire works. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants and stores.

The hosts were very accommodating. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star was not the owners fault. It was the water restriction during the week from the city.

The water issue was an inconvenience, we know that couldn’t be helped, however it made the stay less relaxing. Also, the water situation wasn’t communicated until the day before the trip, we should have been told earlier to possibly find different accommodations. The main AC didn’t blow cold air and the dishwasher didn’t work.

From start to finish, this stay was absolutely amazing. The communication was clear, quick, and seamless, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is unbeatable — truly oceanfront with beautiful views and easy access to everything in Isla Verde.The apartment itself felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the privacy and security of the building, which made us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay.Maritza, who was in charge, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, kind, and always available if we had any questions.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be booking again — we already can’t wait to come back!

Maritiza was great! Told dishwasher and oven not working on arrival. She had a very nice air fryer there the next day. The deal breaker for me were the cockroaches in kitchen. Killed 2 -3 a day. Also notes in BR to put paper in waste basket instead of flushing so as not to clog toilet. Very busy street noise below, especially on weekends. I had a hard time sleeping but beds comfortable. Great space for my family with good location. Wish I would have read an honest review before booking because I would have passed. Also, no shade at all around pool. The picture with view of water is exactly how it looked.

We had a quick 2 night stay at this condo and it was fabulous! Everything we needed was in walking distance. We loved that we had direct access to the beach and felt very secure with only having access to our condo/grounds with key fobs. Having both a washer and dryer in our unit was very nice! plenty of towels/linens. The beds were SO comfortable! My only complaint and it was very manageable, was that for a condo that fits 10 people, they only had one parking spot available. It was not a huge deal as there was parking at the walgreens across the street for 5 per day. So we unloaded at the front doors and then parked our car. We had some trouble with the lock on the door( we found out it was a low/dead battery) on the deadbolt and the owners were there and fixed the problem all while we were at dinner. Great customer service. 9.9 stay out of 10! (again only missing the 10 due to the parking, which wasn't a huge deal at all!) Thank you so much for our great stay! We would/probably will, book here again someday!
