housekeeping is provided every 7 days as a full cleaning with linen change; a reminder is sent at 6:00 PM the day before, and a full reset is always completed on check-out day

- Electricity: it will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent.

- Water: Free of charge.

- Cleaning, linens & towels changed once a week

🚫 What’s Not Allowed:

- No pets

- No smoking inside (okay on the balcony)

- Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided in the bathroom.

- No durian, drugs, or illegal substances

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
