Magnifique Penthouse (110m2) avec 2 chambres à coucher, salon, salle à manger et cuisine.
Dans un quartier calme, au centre de Pattaya, nous construisons ce Penthouse. Le Penthouse (deuxième étage) offre une vue fantastique sur un petit lac et la montagne et offre tout le luxe dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances extraordinaires en Thaïlande. En quelques minutes, vous êtes sur la plage ou dans la zone "vie nocturne" et "shopping".

Le Penthouse dans le style "Thai-Bali" est construit selon les normes européennes avec des murs doubles, des matériaux de construction de qualité en 2010 et dispose d'une cuisine lit queen size et beaucoup plus pour vos vacances fantastiques. Il y a un fantastique jacuzzi extérieur sur la terrasse.

The place was delight to stay, clean, tidy and modern. Also not far away but far enough away from the center. There is a convenience store (seven eleven) restaurants and laundromats in walking distance. The cleaner was a lovely lady, even though we arrived there late (11:30pm) she was there for us as well as when we left which was 6:20am. Thank you so much

Your flat is excellent in all respects. Oye, the housekeeper, was really helpful throughout my stay, even driving me places for medical care and to pick up souvenirs. I hope to return in two years. Until we meet again.

best trip ever

stayed on second level and climb 15 stairs negative. but the villa was as advertised and the daily service was the best i ever had!!!!!!!!!!!. orv the lady that did the cleaning had a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. wonderful stay will visit soon. the taxi service was so easy to access and took us all over. wonderful trip.

Some minor hiccups with communication. Only due to time differences and language barriers, however, overall, the experience was amazing. The owner was friendly, the cleaning staff were great. Awesome accommodations! This was the perfect location for my trip to Pattaya. The condo was close enough to gain access to the beach, restaurants, and many activities in and around Pattaya. Our host was superb, if I had a question, she was able to respond almost immediately. Ayo, the property manager, was exceptional. She took great care of me while staying here. When I return to Pattaya, this will be my first choice. There are no complaints from me, only accolades!

I truly hope to stay at that this beautiful villa everytime I stay in Pattaya(I will be back!!!). The place was kept very well and we were treated wonderfully. The only problem what finding the place. It didn't seem like a lot of taxi drivers knew exactly how to find the place. but once I pinned it my phone we were all set. 5 star place that I would recommend to anyone!!!

Overall an excellent property, but !!

Everything was excellent, other than jacuzzi unusable due to massive leak, we booked this property because of the jacuzzi, it wasnt a sudden fault, this was known before hand ,thus felt we should have been informed, its a 10/10 property if this is resolved, worth checking before booking.

This property is exactly as advertised. Communication with the host both prior to my stay and during my vacation was fantastic. There is an onsite staff that provides cleaning and is an excellent resource to ask questions or ask for help. The property itself is located in a great area. There are plenty of restaurants with American, Mexican, Indian, Italian and of course Thai cuisines and if you are into street food plenty of options all over the place. Grocery stores ranging from convenience stores to full fledged grocery stores and pharmacies are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Walking Street is about a 15 to 20 minute walk with both motorcycle and conventional taxis readily available around the property. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Very nice house in a good location and perfect service on top of that!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is really amazing. Bedrooms are spacious, each one having its individual bathroom and the Thai style decoration is very nice. Equipment is complete and great (Internet wifi, micro-wave, TV in all bedrooms, Music player, fridge...). The terasse with the Jacuzzi is super... Location is great as it is very quiet but at the same time at walking distance from the heart of Pattaya city. You can walk to the beachfront road or to the famous “walking street”. Martien has provided excellent support and the maids were very friendly and efficient. Nearby the house you can find many small shops, laundry service, small restaurants, Taxis … If you like to enjoy nice, quiet and clean beaches I recommend renting a car to go to places like “Nang Rong” or Nang Ram” around 40km from Pattaya, on the way to Rayong (Managed by Thai Navy/ Access by car costs 20 THB per day). We will come again!

Es war Traumhaft

Alles war so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag von der gleichen Reinigungskraft gereinigt, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man schmutzige Kleidung hatte, war es kein Problem für die Reinigungskraft sich darum zu kümmern, sie brachte die schmutzige Kleidung in einer Reinigung (sehr günstig)und bekam sie 1 Tag später wieder zurück. Der Urlaub war traumhaft, das Penthouse sehr schön und groß, Küche genial mit großem Kühlschrank. Nächstes Jahr ist schon geplant......ich komme wieder :-)

Everything was very very good...

We stay in this Penthouse for 15 days! At our arrive at the hotel Joy was there give us the keys and shows us everything we have to know! If we had any problems or things we need she was always helping us as fast as possible! The pictures don't look like the penthouse looks like! In real it's better! I can't say anything bad! I will come back and stay in this penthouse again that's sure!
