Guests should plan to purchase or bring their own additional supplies, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available at no extra charge.
Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort.
Trash Collection: County trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection day.
Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back.
Pets: Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay.
