Fantastic Downtown Condo With Shared Pool!

Perfect "live like a local" condo! Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Super comfortable and cozy; you will get a true feeling of a Savannah home.
The unit features a large bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi hot tub garden bath.
Also, a short 20 minute drive to Tybee Island for a beach day.
I am always available to answer any questions they may have regarding their stay and the unit. I love giving advice on places to visit and especially places to eat.

A few notes:
- This is a a first floor condo in a urban downtown district. You will see people of all types, including a few vagrants. If this makes you nervous in any way, there are many great hotels to choose from.
- This residence was constructed about 150 years ago. up the floors are slightly slanted. If you have mobility or vertigo issues, you might want to choose a hotel as well.
- If you want to live like a local, this is as local as you can live. We can't wait to host you. :)!

Everything was wonderful. We way over packed. Very impressed with all the amenities and necessities that were already there. Our host was excellent. As soon as we discovered there was no coffee pot, one was delivered the next day . Will gladly recommend!

Very clean, well stocked, convenient location. We highly enjoyed our stay and exploring Savannah. We loved the quirks of the slanted floors but would not recommend anyone stay with ambulatory issues.

Absolutely enjoyed the time there as always. Love historic buildings especially the slanted floors. Thats what you will find in Savannah historic homes. The pool was awesome didn't have to drive to go swimming and just relax. David the owner is outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting him this past week and some good conversation. Also it is close walking distance to everything. We also love to cook on the grill so the grill on the property was a plus. We love it there and will always stay there when visiting Savannah. Look no further......

Great for small groups

The Condo was clean, comfortable and plenty big enough for 3 adults. The pool is on the small side but was a nice one and always clean. My only "wish list" item for the condo would be some kind of rack or shelves in the kitchen to be able to store pantry items and maybe a couple of smaller pots for cooking. Got confused somewhat regarding the parking in the back as another renter had parked in front of the red fence that was by the pool. Found the correct parking and it was a little overgrown so I only parked there on street cleaning day. Liked the location and having the Kroger Store within walking distance. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and only a few blocks from the Free DOT shuttle bus stop. We would definitely stay here again

Everything was great didn’t get to use the pool ? And was never able to make coffee but other than that it was the best place I recommend them and we will come back.

Savannah getaway

Great communication with the host. The property is spotless and parking on the street is easy. You’re no more than a 10 minute car ride to the downtown area. Some of the best all-around food I’ve ever had is in Savannah and you should go to Tybee Island For an afternoon. Plenty of historical sites to visit, lots of history in Savannah. We will certainly return to Savannah and stay again at this property.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay! As a lover of old southern architecture it was a treat to stay in this 139 year old building. There was plenty of room. The bedroom was huge with a very comfy king size bed, dressers and a desk. Nice size living room and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. The kitchen was very functional and efficient. The AC was great and kept it very comfortable. There was a great back porch with a table. The pool was very nice. A great way to spend the afternoon keeping cool and resting up for evening/night time adventures. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We didn't use our car at all during our stay. There is a Kroger grocery a couple blocks away so we were never without anything we needed. We met the owner, David, who was super nice and let us know that he was always available if we had any questions. Another huge plus is that we had plenty of parking on our street and were able to park directly in front of the house which made easy unloading and loading of our car. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
