The expansive upstairs Master Bedroom is a true sanctuary. It features a comfortable King bed, a huge walk-in closet, a full en-suite bathroom, and your own private ocean-view balcony—ideal for peaceful reflection. The two downstairs bedrooms offer peaceful rest and partial ocean views. One room features a Queen bed, and the other is equipped with two Twin beds, making this setup ideal for hosting families or groups. There is also a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room as well!



The bright, airy spacious living room and all three bedrooms feature modern TVs with cable access. You can also easily stream your favorite shows and movies using popular apps with your personal login credentials. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure. The home includes a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus a private 2-car garage for secure and easy parking.



For your immediate convenience, we provide starter amounts of basic necessities, including paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



You're less than 5 minutes from the best of the Central Coast. Easily explore the vibrant dining, unique shopping, and entertainment of Downtown Pismo Beach and the picturesque bluffs of Shell Beach. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, garage and listed amentities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood less than 5 mins to downtown Pismo and Shell Beach. Nestled up against a hill with expansive ocean views.



Getting Around:

This is a great walking neighborhood. You can get around by car very easily. Rideshare is available but limited so plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, and starter toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a two car garage and additional parking space in the driveway. Additional street parking in front of the home.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just off of the 101.



INTERNET/CABLE:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space and each TV is equipped with cable access.

You can also log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the apps on the TVs.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

There is a fire pit with lounge chairs in the front yard, with stunning ocean views! The back patio features the hot tub and lounge bench to take in the ocean view.



BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. There is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. The home can accommodate up to 8 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is a filtered water faucet at the kitchen sink.



LAUNDRY:

There is a laundry equipped with a washer, dryer, and plenty of storage space.



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the main home you will be staying in.



RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOA COMPLIANCE:

A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
