Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area.
Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the complimentary beach shuttle, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white-sand beaches and relatively small year-round crowds. The complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service is exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting for your call. He/she will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by Coco's on the Beach to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach!
