Enjoy your meals at the cozy rectangular dining table that seats four, or perch at the kitchen bartop that seats and additional 4 people — perfect for casual dining, morning coffee, or getting some remote work done with beautiful views of Lincoln Mountain.

Sleep soundly on a luxurious king-size bed with a warm comforter for chilly nights. The main bedroom includes its own 50" smart TV, Nest controlled wall heater, ceiling fan, dresser, and private access to the shared full bathroom.

The second bedroom includes two separate bunk beds each equipted with a queen sized matress on bottom and and twin sized mattress on top. Ideal for kids, extra guests, or a second family. It also features a smart TV, Nest controled wall heater and a dresser for storing clothes.

Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated covered garage parking space (80" Max Clearance), plus additional outdoor spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest Access:

All guests will have complete access to the entire condo, designated garage spot and all complex amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the popular Mammoth Ski & Racquest Club complex.



Getting Around:

- 5 min walk to nearest Blue Line shuttle stop on Canyon Blvd. This is a free shuttle that stops every 20-30 min that loops between the Village and Canyon Lodge.

- 10 min walk to the chairlifts at Canyon lodge base area. See house manuel inside condo for a printout showing the quickest/easiest walking route to Canyon Lodge.

- 20 min (1 mile) walk to the Village. Please be mindfull in winter months as this walk can be cold and snowey.



Other Things to Note:

Mammoth Slopes Drive — the road leading from Canyon Blvd to the complex — is quite steep. During winter months, we strongly recommend that all guests travel in Vehicles with 4X4/AWD and or carry tire chains. Please be prepared for the possibility of snowy or icy conditions when traveling between October and May.
