The heart of the home is the bright and airy open concept living area, featuring a comfortable couch, a warm fireplace to gather around after a day on the slopes or trails, and a Smart TV for unwinding with a movie. The adjacent kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting beautiful counters and fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and stove with an oven everything you need for preparing hearty meals.



The dining area is perfectly positioned to seat six and features a glass door that grants easy access to your private patio. This outdoor space is a fantastic extension of the living area, offering a gas BBQ grill and a dining table with an umbrella and six seats. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with a tranquil forest view as your backdrop. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in total, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of an in-home laundry area and dedicated parking, with a one-car garage and space for two additional cars outside. This mountain home is designed for comfort, convenience, and making lasting Keystone memories.

Sleeping Arrangements

-Bedroom 1 (Primary - Upstairs): Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, two large closets, and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub.

-Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, dresser, two nightstands, large closet, and vaulted ceiling.

-Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two Queen Beds (bunk beds)

- There is an additional shared bathroom in the hallway on the second floor and a half bath downstairs at the base of the stairs near foyer



Things to note:

- Parking: 3 total spaces—one in the garage and two in the driveway.

- Private washer and dryer are available.

- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.

- Due to Keystones remote location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
