Cette maison en bord de mer a toute la saveur et le charme que vous attendez lors de vos vacances au Mexique. Il est décoré avec style et beaucoup de couleurs pour donner à vos yeux un plaisir visuel. La maison possÚde 3 chambres à coucher de bonne taille, 2. 5 salles de bains, un salon / salle à manger / cuisine ouvert, une cour avec beaucoup de plantes et un patio cÎté plage qui est recouvert d'une terrasse sur le toit. Et juste au-delà se trouve un foyer pour le plaisir nocturne. Ce n'est pas mieux que ça!

The house was perfect, and the location was amazing. Beautiful sunsets every night and a perfect beach right out the back door. Irka, our host, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to return to this property or company.

Beach house for Christmas

Beautiful property! Beachfront access was incredible and the beach was quite clean and great fun for the kids. The water pump going out about 6 separate times was annoying but I get not everything will be perfect out here. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing place!

Loved the house and the location.

We stayed here over X-mas and it was fantastic. The house is just as described, and the neighborhood is calm and quiet. The view of the bay and the mountains is spectacular. Highly recomend this house and we are definitely planning on coming back here in the future.

Beautiful Punta Banda

This home offered a beautiful spot with the beach right out the back door. Everything about the location is what we expected: beach access, views across the bay, and many activities if you like outdoor life. The home as advertised looks in much better condition than it actually is, although it is quite acceptable. It does have a bit of a run down quality to it with wobbly furniture, doors, and cabinets. The kitchen is mostly well furnished, but some items need refurbishing. The bathroom toilets are an issue and can become clogged even though paper waste is placed in the trash. Water must be carefully monitored since it must be delivered, which was fine with us since we are big on conservation. Also the pump switch went out so we temporarily had no water to flush. The manager was very responsive and helped to correct the issue right away. None of the above was necessarily negative and we enjoyed our stay there despite the few inconveniences. We are only letting you know what to expect. We would definitely stay there again.

La Casita de los abuelos.

Me and my family loved this home greatly that has an ocean as back yard, we made great memories, the house amenities were as advertised, I certainly will recommend it to my friends, communication with the host was great, this will be with out a doubt the place we choose for our next vacation.

Fun and Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful experience in this house, which was fully equipped with everything we required, including towels, blankets, dishes, beach chairs, a barbecue and more!- it was simply beautiful! Irka Davis, the manager, provided excellent communication and clear directions to reach the house. Our stay at Casa de las Abuelas was both enjoyable and relaxing!

Beachfront property

Beautiful beach with dolphins. Close to Bufadora. Difficult dirt road in rain, leaky roof, 50 mins from downtown Ensenada. Needed property provided space heaters to stay warm.

Comfort on the beach

We have stayed at this beach before. But this is our first time at this property. It was the little things that made a big difference. It was nice to have space heaters as the weather was fairly chilly. Having two and a half bathrooms was also very nice. We loved the partially enclosed porch for watching the waves. The roof deck was cool as well. We liked separate bedroom with its own half bath and three beds. It worked well for our adult kids.

The location is perfect for a beach get away. We found the place to be very clean and decorated to make you feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great beach location

The location was very impressive and the outdoor living areas were phenomenal. If you want to be on the beach it would be hard to find a better location. The unit came with a bundle of firewood and sitting by the fire on the beach was magnificent. The directions provided were accurate and we had no trouble finding the place. Check in went perfectly as described. Internet service with Wi-Fi was reliable and fast during our stay. I only have two negatives. As others have commented the wall heaters don't work and the space heaters had a hard time keeping the place warm. The other problem is the quality of the water from the underground tank feeding the plumbing. It was impossible to get a comb through my hair after washing it. It felt like I washed it in salt water. The house came with a 5 gallon bottle of purified water and it was simple and cheap the get that refilled at the grocery store. We pretty muched relied in purified water for cleaning dishes and cooking.

Great location

The home was in a great location. You are far from the city so that makes it even more relaxing. The beach is literally in your back yard. The home was cozy and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Cons: There are LOTS of mosquitos outside so make sure and take repellants of all kinds. Also too many dust bunnies and a few of the door knobs do not work properly. The faucet filters clogged up quickly but that is an easy fix. I had a very unpleasant interaction with the property manager over a simple question about the home that I asked which changed my opinion on staying here in the future.

Great place

This was a Great place to stay. Very beautiful. Good hosts. It was a little cold inside at times. The wall heaters need some maintenance. However, if you use the gas stove and the fireplace and the space heaters you can get to a nice comfortable temperature. The showers had plenty of hot water for the 4 of us. The views are amazing and the nights are nice and quiet. Very close to the Bufadora which is a must see. It does take 30 minutes to drive to Ensenada. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Getaway

My family and I came for a short 3 night getaway and it was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, right on the beautiful 6 mile beach and very comfortable. All the amenities were there for cooking and having indoor or outdoor fires. Cute little local restaurants, the famous blowhole and horse back riding on the beach is just minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Sunsets and bonfires!

This was our second stay at LengĂŒeta Arenosa and we enjoyed it as much as our first. If quite beaches, beautiful sunsets and bonfires are your thing, this is your place! The house is open, airy and clean and can comfortably accommodate six people. The area is safe and there is plenty of parking available. There's a small market nearby but we recommend bringing groceries. Our only minor criticism is the kitchen could use additional/larger pots and pans. We highly recommend this house and look forward to our next visit!
