Ayou step through the front door, you'll find a place to slip off your sandy shoes, place your bags, and hang your hat. The entry vestibule also has garage access. The garage offers space for 1-2 cars, and houses the following:• additional fridge/freezer for easy storage of "beach drinks" or bags of ice• bikes, beach wagon, skim boards and boogie boards• assorted beach toys• grilling utensils (propane grill is located on back patio)• large dog crate with attachable bowls and crate cover (Please bring inside if using.)• small plastic pool (We use this to rinse sandy toes and paws.)On the second floor, you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and screened balcony. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and is well-stocked with most "home away from home" necessities. (We welcome suggestions on additions to make your stay more convenient.) In the living room, you'll find a comfy sectional sleeper-sofa, various board and card games, and an ottoman that discreetly stores pet furniture covers. The screened-in balcony is a great place to enjoy the sunrise with coffee and the sunset with your favorite beverage. (The bar cabinet is well-stocked with wine, martini, champagne, margarita, and lowball glasses. Please use responsibly.)As you walk up to the third floor, you'll be greeted with a bright and cheery workstation that is provided in case you aren't able to fully unplug while visiting. A Wi-Fi extender assures that the high-speed, fiber optic internet extends throughout the home for your video and streaming needs. Aside from this desk area, the third floor rooms are decorated with peaceful relaxation in mind. The master bedroom features a queen bed with deluxe hybrid mattress. From the master bedroom window, you can see the Lost Key Beach Club and the Gulf! The large ensuite master bathroom boasts double vanities, a floor to ceiling marble-and-glass surround shower, and ample storage options for your toiletries. There are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms offers a queen bed and reading nook, while the other offers a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. The shared full bath offers a tub/shower with tub-to-ceiling marble and ample storage options. All bedrooms provide comfortable bedding, a smart TV, closet and dresser, and easy access to the laundry closet in the hallway. In the laundry closet, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, beach towels (just a few to borrow, in case you forgot to bring yours), and a small supply of laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets.You'll have full use of the entire townhouse, with access to Lost Key Golf and Beach Club community amenities. Please note: the front porch is shared with our neighbor. Throughout the community you'll find protected nature preserves that offer a diverse ecosystem where rabbit and deer quaintly roam.Lost Key offers free shuttle service for community amenities, including Beach and Golf Clubs, 7 days per week. Paved walking paths invite you to stroll throughout the community, with the beach and the main resort pool being only a 5-7 minute walk from our townhouse.This townhome is located on the newest street in Lost Key. Construction has been completed on our building and the neighboring buildings, but is still in progress on buildings further down the street. This should not pose a problem, but wanted to share this information.If planning to travel with your pup, please contact host prior to booking. Pets must be thoroughly housebroken, current on flea/tick prevention, and abide by Airbnb's and Lost Key's pet policies. Full pet policies will be provided upon approval of pet and prior to arrival.
