We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely return. The home was exactly as described, very clean, and an easy, short walk to the beach.The owners were exceptionally responsive and attentive before and during our stay, quickly answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and stress-free, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow.Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, beach-close getaway with caring and communicative hosts.

Lovely condo, well furnished kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Pool towels provided, also beach chairs and wagon to take over to the beach. Great communication, binder in condo with very well written instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Super nice! Loved the area. Very very clean and well decorated! Loved the bed! Loved the large closet and the extra sink. Lots of towels! No complaints!! The book with instructions my hubby thought the best he’s ever seen! Thank you!

We stayed for two nights at Villa Maritima and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and our host Hallie was incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with. This is by far the nicest VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in! The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful seawall with a cozy sitting area—ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching dolphins and local marine life. The property provided bicycles, making it easy to explore. Siesta Key Village is just a short ride away, and Siesta Public Beach is within walking or biking distance. There’s also a private beach entrance conveniently located across the street from the unit. We can’t say enough good things about Villa Maritima and are already looking forward to our next visit!
