Belle maison au bord du lac à Côme avec bateau et moteur inclus

Parce que cette propriété est située au bout du lac de Côme et au bout d'un chemin privé, elle offre l'isolement et l'intimité tout en étant à seulement 3 miles du centre-ville du lac Léman. La maison a été récemment rénovée mais conserve toujours son charme d'antan. Les équipements comprennent:, 3 chambres, 1 1/2 salles de bains, cheminée, laveuse, sécheuse, air central, stéréo incroyable, Wi-Fi, grils à gaz et à charbon. Le lac de Côme est un grand lac pour l'achigan à grande bouche ainsi que pour le brochet du nord, un bateau de pêche d'alun de 14 'avec un moteur de 10 CV est fourni sans frais. Un canoë est également fourni ainsi que des dispositifs flottants pour la baignade. La jetée va le 1er mai et sort le 15 octobre.

Pour les motoneigistes d'hiver, les sentiers sont accessibles depuis la cour par le lac. Si nous manquons de neige cette année, le lac accueillera la navigation de plaisance et les patineurs.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

The title sums up this lake house. It was a perfect fit for us! Andy was the perfect host - he has the house well stocked! The kitchen is has anything you would need to stay in and cook (grocery stores a 10-15 minute drive) and the Getaway Restaurant is a five minute walk for those who want to eat out. There is a nice boat for those who want to fish and the deck provides great views and awesome sunsets!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Fishing trip

This was one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. Very clean, very well maintained, and organized. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Last but not least, owner was terrific!!

Birthday weekend

Lovely cottage on the lake with fishing boat and canoe and kayaks. The house is third generation family owned and maintained beautifully. Exactly what we hoped for on our weekend on the lake!

Lovely lake stay

We loved every thing about our vacation house: the views, quiet lake, dock access for fishing and swimming, the deck with table and grills, and of course the boats! The house had a lot of history and we slept 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and two kids very comfortably. If our family wasn't growing we would definitely love to return next year.

Wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Andy’s house. A cozy home with a beautiful wood burning fireplace right off the lake was perfect. Andy gent over backwards to make sure I had everything that I needed. This unique home was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Como with friends. Easily slept 6. Beautiful lake view and fishing boat a plus! Also 2 nice eating and drinking establishments within walking distance was also a benefit Andy the host was very communicative and helpful. Easy access to downtown Lake Geneva and Lake Geneva itself.

Great property right on the water! Older home, but very well maintained. Had a great time celebrating my moms birthday with family. Great time ice fishing and I’m sure would be great spring thru fall using the fishing boat supplied. Andy was a pleasure to work with. I will try to return.

Perfect for our group of teens

We needed a place to stay for our teens and their friends. This was cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms, plus allowed our kids to hang out together in the living room and have meals without going out to eat everything meal. We lit a fire and played games whenever we were running around enjoying the area. I already miss eating breakfast by the big window overlooking the lake. Everything was labeled and clearly communicated. The house is full of history and art! It really felt like he was sharing his beloved home with us. I only hope that we treated his home as well as he treated his guests!

Charming Home On The Lake

This is a charming, cozy home with great location on the lake and within minutes of Lake Geneva. Our party of six adults and one child were here to attend a wedding and this quaint cottage comfortably met our needs. The kitchen has everything you may need short-term and the excellent coffee was a huge hit for us coffee drinkers. We made good use of the cozy fireplace and in-between had good reads of the very interesting variety of books and magazines. Beds are a good size and comfortable, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The only noise we experienced was a daring snowmobile making its way on the lake. This cottage immediately makes you feel at home, it is perfect for a relaxing gateway, and we hope to return in the summer. Thank you, Andy, for being so accommodating!

Every Detail Anticipated

Andy's place is just about perfect if you are looking for a relaxing experience right on a lake and away from any hubbub. There is not a single thing he has not thought to provide, including water shoes, a dog tie out and all the fishing gear a novice fisherperson could need. The home is incredibly comfortable, filled with art and perfect for a mixed age group. The pull out couch is the most comfortable one anyone in the group had ever slept on. Please note, however, this is not the place for someone looking for an HGTV experience. Instead, it is a clearly loved and thoughtful maintained family cottage in an idyllic setting without thoughtful touches added through the 100+ years it has been in the owner's family.

PERFECT!!

This home has EVERYTHING you could possible need or want for a perfect lake vacation! Andy provides all kitchen amenities as well as xtras like GOOD coffee pods, spices, condiments, etc. the beds are VERY comfortable. The artwork throughout the house is so special and compliments the beautiful house. But the BEST part for us is the deck facing the lake - comfy chairs, umbrella, the BEST sunset view. THANKS Andy - this is our plan now every year!

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time there we extended this year to two weeks and have rebooked next year for three weeks so that’s probably all you need to know! The owner keeps this place spotless has absolutely everything you can need. You think of something and it’s there. I wanna responsive, comes with little 16 foot aluminum Fishing boat to put around the lake, visit restaurants, fish. Close to Lake Geneva and all that has to offer but quiet when you come home. Very little boat activity on this lake so great to swim. Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved our stay at this charming lake house!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is right on the water with incredible views. Andy is the perfect host. He has everything you need at this house and it is all clearly labeled. He even had a little life vest that fit our small rescue dog and she was able to swim in the lake. She loved it! Andy was always very responsive to any questions we had. The house is perfectly located with dining right down the street and downtown Lake Geneva was just a very short drive. We will be back! I highly recommend!!!

Great relaxing stay!

We stayed at Andy’s lake home for 8 days at the end of September. What a fabulous, relaxing, chill stay we had! We literally needed nothing. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Entertainment center. Games. Books. Kayaks. A motor boat. A canoe. Everything was labeled with any needed information. Not sure how to work the DVD player? It’s all explained in the guest notebook. He even welcomes you to enjoy using his fishing equipment. We didn’t feel like guests. By dinnertime of our first evening, we felt totally at home. We can’t recommend Andy’s place more if you’re looking for a low key, laid-back vacation. Thanks Andy!

We have been coming to this property for the last five years. Always enjoyed our stay. The lake is not crowded so kayaking is great way to relax and take in the scenery. Beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Mid century lake cottage vibe with modern amenities

An amazing two weeks at this property. Never expected to be surrounded by the beautiful artwork that has been collected by the owner or The fantastic view from The full glass picture windows both out to the lake and into the front of the property, where a multitude of birds and bunnies congregate. Our 2 small grandchildren were just enamored with their stay in this nature Wonderland. My husband enjoyed the boat which we took to some of the lakefront restaurants as well as the Fishing. My granddaughter caught over 50 blue girls just off the end of the dock. The house has all the fishing equipment and water toys you would ever need. You are walking distance to the Mars supper club, which is super fun on the weekends as well as the French country Inn just three doors down. We negotiated with the manager at the French country Inn to have access to their pool for our two week Stay. Otherwise it is $10 per person per day to use their pool and beachfront, including their kayaks and water trike. Convenient to Lake Geneva, and shopping. A perfect stay.

We have been here multiple times, and have always enjoyed our stays. Love the history of the house still being in the same family. The lake is not crowded, great for kayaking. Beautiful sunsets at the end of the day.

I am 72, single and the third generation to own the house. My grand parents bought the property in 1923 which was just a summer home. In 1949 they built the present house moved here from Chicago and retired. As kids my brother and I spent many summers up here with our with our grandparents for which I have many fond memories.

This area is rich in history about Chicago gangsters from the 20's. Bugs Moran use to frequent the hotel close by . I have a vague memory of the hotel owner who remarried Morans wife and moved her in the house next door. My father claims he use to play with Bugsy's son.
