These spaces are first-come/first-serve, but there are nearby businesses with spaces to store a trailer very close by as a back-up plan. There is a boat launch at nearby Big Lagoon State Park and also one at Galvez Landing in nearby Innerarity Point. You are also welcome to bring your kayak and can launch those behind the condo building.
For guests who do not want to bring a boat, don't worry. PKRM offers a complimentary dolphin cruise, sunset cruise or deep sea fishing charter to enjoy. 1 excursion per day of reservation is available. Beginning Monday, December 22nd, the walkway deck coating project will proceed with demolition of the existing floor coatings during normal working hours.
This will take place on the 4th - 8th floors. There may be some noise and vacuuming for dust throughout the building.
The walkways can be used during the demolition (proceed with caution), and after demolition.
