This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home comes with desks in two bedrooms so everyone can hop on calls without debating “who’s breathing too loud.” Wi-Fi is lightning fast, the Keurig is always on standby, and the kitchen is fully stocked for anything from breakfast tacos to late-night frozen pizza engineering.

Located in a calm, friendly neighborhood just minutes to Tesla, the airport, and East Riverside dining. Work hard. Rest even harder. And yes — Smart TV is included for your post-shift decompression scrolling.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 cleaning and deodorization fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found. No problem with smoking outdoors the home!

No Parties or Excessive Noise: Out of respect for our neighbors, any parties, loud gatherings, or noise complaints may result in immediate removal without refund and a $500 fine.


Shoes Off Policy: Please remove your shoes upon entering. It helps us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home for all guests.

Registered Guests Only: The reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests. Any unregistered guest will result in a $100 per person, per night charge.

Towels & Linens: Please use the makeup towels provided for makeup removal. Damaged or stained linens will incur a replacement charge.

Inventory: We keep the home stocked with essentials. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at retail replacement cost.

Long-Term Stays: For stays over 30 days, we provide starter supplies (paper towels, hand soap, salt, pepper, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
