The space

This property has three bedrooms:

A master bedroom with a king bed
A full size bedroom
A room with a double twin bunkbed, and a twin over queen bunkbed perfect for the kids!

There is a bathroom in the main hallway with a shower

The master bathroom also is equipped with the shower

There is a third bathroom outside for use while lounging around the pool

The living room space is large with two couches and a work desk

Seating around the dining table fits six people comfortably, but there is plenty of bar room as well.

Kitchen is spacious as well

Currently, there is a key code that will be given to you to open the gate and get into the property

Other things to note

This property is located in a tranquil neighborhood

We do have some rules for the home :

No smoking inside and no glitter

If smoking outdoors, pick up all cigarette butts, or we will assess an extra cleaning fee

We are hosts against trafficking: we take the problem of human trafficking seriously and so we have extra guest and safety protocols for each guest. It’s not personal it’s to protect vulnerable children.
