THE LIVING SPACE:
As you step inside this 1034 sq foot home you'll be greeted by a spacious living/dining room adorned with gorgeous floors and the original built-ins. The layout seamlessly flows into the recently renovated kitchen, boasting granite counters, stylish backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, making it a perfect spot for anyone who loves to cook. This home is 1020 sq. feet.
THE BACKYARD:
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in a private backyard oasis under a covered back patio with high-end patio furniture and ceiling fans. Pick home-grown lemons, avocados and mandarins from the fruit trees. If you love to garden there is a raised garden bed out back for you to enjoy. Enjoy grilling on a gas BBQ grill.

THE BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom provides a California King with a pillow top that is like sleeping on a cloud. Utilize the black-out curtains for the best sleep along with a luxurious goose-down bedding, comforter, and pillows! Plenty of storage in the wall-to-wall wardrobe and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom is a serene space with everything you need. Sleep on a brand new, queen-size Lull Mattress, with luxurious goose-down bedding, comforter, and pillows! The room also has a desk and bench with extra storage for your convenience. We can switch out the queen bed for twin beds if that works better for you and your family's needs.
GOLFING:
Enjoy a day of golf at many of our oceanfront golf courses or tour anywhere in Los Angeles!
HIKING AND SURROUNDING AREAS:
This home is in the best area of San Pedro right on the border of Rancho Palos Verdes and close to Western Avenue which has all the stores you will need living in the South Bay.
This property is 10 blocks from the beach and just a 10 minute drive from the BEST hiking spots in the South Bay including the luxurious Terranea Resort.
PETS:
Your fur baby will have a big backyard to run around in and sunbathe. The backyard is completely secure with 5-foot walls on all sides.
PARKING:
There is a large driveway right in front with plenty of space for two cars to park side by side comfortably. There is also a hard-wired Ring light security camera and plenty of free street parking with NO street cleaning days!
LAUNDRY:
There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the garage at the back of the home making laundry day super convenient.
UTILITIES:
Gas, electricity, trash pickup, lawn care, and water are all included. We have a gas stove, central heating and air conditioning, and a Google Nest Thermostat to keep the homeâs temperature balanced. Honestly. Or, open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy. Please be courteous to the neighbors on either side of the fences.
Other things to note
PETS:
Dogs only on a case by case basis. Max 2, dogs. Your pup will have a big backyard to run around in and sunbathe. The backyard is secure with 5-foot walls on all sides. Well-behaved and housebroken dogs only. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
