- Guests can park in the Buncombe County public garage on Coxe Avenue, located just behind the church across the street and a quick, easy walk from The Altamont. Additional parking is available nearby in the public garage beneath the A-Loft Hotel on Biltmore Avenue.

- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancies will require guests to provide the extra linens.

- Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their best friends with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
