✔️ Pets must be registered and reported to the host before arrival. Max # of pets: 1 ; Pet Fee Applies ; Allowed Pets: 20 pounds; Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees damages caused.
✔️ No pet relief in the front of house. Please take your pets to the green area on the
west end of the property. There are bags located in a box on the fence behind
the community dumpster.
✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ No Parking on the development street, except for the roundabout on the west
end.
✔️ You are allowed to use the exercise facilities with terms and conditions outlined in
the lease agreement.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Trash should be taken out to the main bin behind the exercise facility when full.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
