To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay at Moana’s Tiki Cabana please review the following policies!

Compliance is required, and violations may result in a cancelled reservation with no refund. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.

1. GUEST POLICY, OCCUPANCY AND QUIET HOURS
A $100 penalty will be charged for unregistered guests and the guest who books must be present for the entire stay.
• Maximum Sleep Occupancy: 12 guests.
* Maximum Celebration Occupancy: 20 guests.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

2. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Unannounced inspections may be conducted if there are suspected rule violations. Guests may also be removed without refund and / or fined.

3. SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking anywhere inside or outside the property. Violations will incur a $100 fine plus remediation.

4. POOL, HOT TUB, BUNK BEDS AND A/C
• Hot Tub and Pool: Use at your own risk and liability.
• Bunk Beds: Max weight is 200 lbs. Use at own risk.
• Do not set A/C below 70°F. If coils freeze
and damage occurs, guests will be billed.

5. PROPANE GRILL USE
• Must be operated in open outdoor areas only.
• Must be attended at all times when in use.
• Turn off all burners and propane tank after use.
• Use at your own risk. Misuse may result in fines.

6. SPECIAL FEATURES and GUEST ETIQUETTE
Moana’s Tiki Cabana features one-of-a-kind décor. You will be charged for damaged / missing items.

7. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00AM
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $15 fee per every 15 minute interval past check-out.

8. WATER SAFETY CAN SAVE LIVES!
Your safety is very important to us! Please actively supervise all swimmers, especially children in the pool, and never leave doors to the pool area open.

NOTE: All guests use the pool and outdoor areas at their own risk. Supervision and safety precautions are the sole responsibility of the booking party.

9. EVENTS and CELEBRATIONS
We love providing guests with a space for celebrations - just let us know in advance! All gatherings must be pre-approved and follow the guidelines below.
• Intimate celebrations with 20 guests or fewer.
• Milestone birthdays, family gatherings, and
respectful social events.
• Low-noise, pre-planned experiences.

10. CONSEQUENCES OF BREAKING HOUSE RULES
Violators of house rules may result in incurring fines, a cancelled reservation with no refund or the termination of an in-progress stay with no refund.

11. PEST CONTROL
Preventative services are provided on a regular basis. Please keep doors closed and food sealed. Please notify us of any pest sightings.
