Summary:

Our apartment is recently renovated, following a modern and elegant decor. We reconstructed our place to offer a five star hotel experience. Our apartment has three spacious bedrooms each one with is own complete bathroom. Huge living spaces and completely furnished.

Enjoy an unbeatable location in Guayaquil’s financial and commercial center — only 7 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the city’s financial heart, and surrounded by premier shopping and dining.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is characterized by being residential while being so close the the city. Located in one of the most secure, exclusive and emblematic areas of the city.



Getting Around:

Public transportation exit although we extremely recommend taking secure taxis with apps such as Uber or Cabify.



Other Things to Note:

A host will meet you to give you the keys at a coordinated time. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you prefer to check in after 10:00 PM, a $20 fee will apply to cover the safe transportation of the person who will meet you outside of regular hours. This fee can be paid in cash at check-in or in advance through the app, depending on your preference.

Our team is available whenever guests require assistance, while carefully respecting their privacy to guarantee a serene and comfortable experience.
