- There is no ocean view from the villa. - ok - maybe a tiny bit on a clear day from the upstairs master bedroom - but we don't advertise this house as Ocean view!

- Beaches are not walking distance, but easily accessed via the bus nearby.

- Wildlife is frequent — please do not feed or touch animals.

- The pool is unsupervised; swim responsibly.

- Daily housekeeping is included (every other day required).



Guest access

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms, living areas, private pool, outdoor lounges, modern kitchen, and the private apartments with kitchenettes. The property is reserved exclusively for your group, so you will not share any spaces with other guests.



Other things to note

• The beach is not walking distance; however, a bus stop just 2 minutes away provides quick and easy access to Manuel Antonio and the beaches.

• Wildlife is common (monkeys, macaws, toucans, sloths). Please do not feed or touch any animals.

• The pool is unsupervised—please swim responsibly.

• There is no ocean view from the villa. You do have jungle views and mountain from the second floor.

• Daily housekeeping every other day is required to maintain the villa during your stay.
