Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the home was a great fit for your trip to 30A and that you enjoyed the spacious layout—perfect for both gathering together and finding a little quiet time when needed. The balconies really are special, and we’re so glad you were able to take in those beautiful sunset views! It’s also great to know the home met your expectations in cleanliness and stocking, and that you enjoyed the balance of a peaceful beach experience while still being close to restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re thrilled that Reynolds House delivered the kind of peaceful, uncrowded beach experience that makes Dune Allen so special. It’s true—without high rises or dense developments nearby, guests often feel like they have their own private stretch of sand, and we’re so glad you got to enjoy that serenity. We appreciate your note about the stairs and parking. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for more quiet beach days and unforgettable memories!

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We are pleased you enjoyed the location, view and spectacular beach, but we are sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than perfect. In addressing your concerns: It is possible that you felt sonic booms from flight tests that are occasionally conducted by Eglin Air Force Base (we have experienced such a feeling from Sonic Booms in our office which is located very near Reynolds House), but we assure you we have never had an issue or complaint of the house moving in any way (Reynolds House, being such a popular vacation home, was fully booked all season up until your September stay). Still, had we been made aware of your concern, or any issues during your stay, such as the clogged drain and broken lock, we would have addressed those issues immediately. Please note, there were very high winds prior to your arrival which may explain the gulf front screens coming apart - those are being repaired. We checked the vents and they are just older vents, rusted somewhat, but no mold. The owner is replacing those vents. We do sincerely apologize for these inconveniences. Despite the above, we are happy you enjoyed your vacation at the beach. We hope to have you back again in the near future!
