Villa Jean is located in a quiet, well established neighborhood that`s conveniently located to everything sunny SWFL has to offer - shopping, dining, & beaches are nearby! Our home features a private heated pool and large fully-fenced backyard just off the fully screened lanai. You`ll find a cozy, beachy vibe throughout, with 3 spacious bedrooms to host up to 7 guests.

Villa Jean is conveniently located in central Cape Coral close to shopping and dining and just a short drive to Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, downtown Cape Coral, Matlacha & Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Villa Jean features a modern beachy vibe throughout and can accommodate up to 7 guests with ample space for families or groups traveling together.

Our private backyard oasis features southern exposure that provides full sun throughout the day for enjoying sun-filled days swimming or quiet evenings poolside. Villa Jean offers the Florida lifestyle with lots of comfortable outdoor living space!

With over 1,200 sq/ft of indoor living space, we`ve got room for your whole group. Our open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provides great space for together time. The kitchen includes all you`ll need to prepare meals for your group and opens onto our spacious living and dining areas. The living room features a comfy couch and recliner as well as a Smart TV with streaming services for family movie nights. You`ll also find an electric fireplace in the living room. Our dining room comfortably seats up to 6 with nearby counter height bar stools for additional dining space.

Villa Jean has a kind bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen and single bed in the third bedroom to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Primary suite features a Smart TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower and a desk space if you need space for work. The second bathroom includes a shower with tub. High speed WiFi internet is provided and all of our TVs are Smart TVs. In home washer and dryer are available for guest use.

We welcome furry friends - up to 2 dogs with payment of a $125 pet fee. This is a non-smoking residence (smoking is permitted outside our screened spaces with appropriate guest clean-up). The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. If you`re younger than 25 please reach out to discuss your scenario - rare exceptions may be granted.

Villa Jean is owner operated (with a local co-host for your convenience!) to ensure the utmost care and personal service is provided to all of our guests. We look forward to hosting you!

From off-shore fishing excursions to boat & jet skiing rentals, kayaking nature tours, and even parasailing nearby, water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of adventures here! From Villa Jean take a short drive or rent a boat to Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Captiva Island and beyond. Southwest Florida is home to Major League Baseball Spring Training - catch a Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins game at our local stadiums.

Villa Jean is fully accessible for guests - you`ll have access to all space throughout the home.

Our local cohost, Lauren McCabe, will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay. She`ll reach out to confirm your booking, provide check-in and check-out details and will quickly respond to any and all inquiries and questions both before and during your stay.

Quiet hours - 10pm to 8am.

No parking on the grass, only in driveway.
Our maximum occupancy is 7 guests; only those on reservation are allowed.
