The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-sized beds and a pop-up twin trundle (which can be converted to a king-sized bed when connected to the daybed) . When all three beds are used, the room is crowded but cozy. The third bathroom (adjacent but unconnected to the third bedroom) features an oversized jetted tub surrounded by elegant marble walls, floors, and countertop. The shower/tub combo contains both a traditional shower head and a mounted hand-held sprayer.
The kitchen was designed with the professional chef in mind, built around a 36â free-standing Wolf range and an exceptional, hand-made walnut butcher block island. Additional features such as a classic ceramic farmhouse sink and Miele dishwasher add to the kitchenâs charm and functionality, while stainless and cast iron cookware, utensils, and speciality items appeal to those serious about the art of cooking.
The heart of the home is found in the combination dining/living room area, a âgreat roomâ of sorts, which invites guests to settle in and relax, watch TV, engage in conversation, eat, drink, and entertain indoors and out. The handcrafted indoor extension table comfortably seats up to 10, while an outdoor teak dining table (through French doors off the back wall) can seat an additional 6. A genuine leather couch and 100% wool rug define the roomâs quality furnishings, with thoughtful extras such as blankets, pillows, and side tables providing guests with added convenience and comfort. The Douglas Family Preserve and Elings Park are also within easy walking distance, and those who enjoy a more strenuous uphill walk will be rewarded with coffee shops, restaurants and gourmet food markets at the top of Cliff Drive on the Mesa. Santa Barbara City College, the Santa Barbara Harbor and Waterfront, and Stearns Wharf are also close by.

The property is equipped with a video security system operated in accordance with applicable law to monitor the front exterior and adjacent shed/storage area only.
Driveway can fit up to 3 small cars (parked creatively), and there is also street parking in front of the home.
City ordinances restrict excessive noise between 10pm-7am weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends.
Santa Barbara is a smoke-free city, and smoking/vaping is prohibited everywhere on the property (inside and outside).
Access to the garage and shed storage area is off-limits to all guests.
Food, wood, and other flammable material is prohibited in both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The fire pit is hard-lined and may not be moved without owner permission/assistance.
Ocean equipment is provided only to guests who submit liability waivers for all members of their party prior to their stay. Equipment is for guest use only.
