Summary:
Enjoy this 3BD/3BA + den, townhome at Treasury Point in Mt. Crested Butte. Tasteful decor, heated garage, shared hot tub and incredible west facing views!! Three minute walk to the West Wall Ski Lift or hop on the shuttle at the end of the drive to the base of the ski resort or into the town of Crested Butte. Parking for up to 3 cars. (Two in garage, one outside).
The Space:
Enjoy Mt Crested Butte and all it has to offer from this lovely 3 bed, 3 bath Treasury Point townhome. This property is new to the rental pool, and has tasteful upgrades and a heated oversized garage. There are two flights of stairs inside this 3 story townhome.
This three story townhome offers a spacious floorplan. A bonus media room on the ground floor is an opportunity for groups or families to spread out and relax or watch TV. The second floor boasts an open concept living room, dining room and fully equipped spacious kitchen, with a vaulted ceiling and expansive windows highlighting the amazing mountain views, stone gas fireplace, and very large smart TV. . If you decide to cook for your group, you will find everything you need in our fully stocked kitchen. The dining table has seating for 6 with room for 4 at the oversized island in the kitchen. A west facing deck off of the living space is perfect for catching some sun or enjoying sunsets. A full bath and a guest room with a king bed round out the second floor.
Upstairs on the third floor, youâll find two en-suites with king beds and full baths. The spacious primary suite also has a private deck. A washer and dryer are also available inside the property.
The entry level of the townhome has a den, or bonus area, with a TV, and couch. It's a perfect place for kids to escape to and watch a movie. (Photo of this room coming soon) . Store your bikes, skis and any other gear in the private garage. A small car and a regular sized SUV can park bumper to bumper in the garage. A third car can park outside in the driveway. Please be aware, if you have Suburbans, or vehicles of that size, plan on one car in the garage, and one car right outside. The height of the garage opening is 82". There are no other options for parking vehicles so be sure this configuration will suit your group. This complex cannot allow trailers as parking is tight.
This property has 3 king beds.
This property has a shared hot tub. Summer hot tub season runs from June 15th through September 15th. Winter hot tub season begins December 15th and ends April 15th. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The hot tub will be closed and locked during the off-season.
This condo is conveniently located on the bus route which will take you to the base area. The bus picks up every 30 minutes at the end of the parking lot. You can transfer at the Mt. Crested Butte base to a free bus that will take you down into the town of Crested Butte, so convenient you wonât need your cars!
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. There is a drip style coffee maker at this property. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Renters less than 25 years of age are welcome with their parent or guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property is approved for 2 vehicles in the garage and one outside the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The Treasury Point townhomes are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended in winter months for getting to your condo. Only 3 cars per condo (one must be small) are allowed. Three large vehicles will not fit. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and then hit the slopes just above the bottom of the Westwall Lift.
Getting Around:
It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 3 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain. You can certainly utilize the free shuttle bus system.
