Rainbow Springs Manor is your relaxation destination! The home is located in the quiet community of Rainbow Springs Country Club Estates and sits on a cul-de-sac with protection and privacy from traffic and noise.
The interior is a split plan; master bedroom on one side of the house and guest rooms on the other. Guest rooms are at opposite ends from each other and the guest bath sits between them. One guest room includes a desk with HP USB-C docking station and 3 monitors, in case you need to work from home. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All furnishings are new.
The living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen are the hub of the home and the ten-foot ceilings give guests plenty of space. The sliders open up to an expansive screened and covered lanai where you can grill, eat, read, and relax to the sounds of nature. Neighbors are at a distance and privacy is prime. Venture beyond the green belt and you will find a walking/bicycle path that traverses the community.
The home is on a wooded property and Florida is endemic to critters; insects, lizards, grasshoppers, palmetto bugs, spiders and snakes. Please leave doors and windows closed. We are diligent with our pest control. There will be no refunds if you have an encounter. On a happier note, if you wake early, look outside to see deer grazing for their breakfast!
