This condo was spacious and very accommodating. We enjoyed it thoroughly. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 5 kids. I would bring hangers for your clothes since there are none and if you like soft toilet paper, I would bring some of that too but other than those 2 very small things, everything was excellent. Would book again.

Lots of stains on furniture & floors. Porches were dirty with bugs cob webs. Dirty walls. Mold in washing machine. No laundry detergent left for us. Check in was horrible had to call ntact to get check in information.

Clean unit and good communication. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out process. It is a third floor unit so it was a little warm at times since the thermostat won’t go below 70 and struggled to keep up in the afternoons but that is August in the south so to be expected. The bunk bed wasn’t usable as it is damaged but we didn’t need it so it wasn’t an issue. Overall a good value for the price and served the purpose.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the listing expectations. The property advertised a half bath that did not exist (the listing was later corrected after we brought it to the owner’s attention), which was disappointing since that amenity factored into our booking decision.There were also several maintenance and cleanliness concerns during our stay, including a refrigerator that barely cooled despite being set to the coldest setting, lingering fruit flies throughout the home, stained carpeting and furniture, a cracked/broken bunk bed post that raised safety concerns, and a loose balcony railing.We documented the issues with photos/videos and communicated them directly to the owner during our stay, but no meaningful resolution or acknowledgment was provided regarding the concerns — particularly the bathroom discrepancy.The location/group accommodations may work for some travelers, but based on our experience, the property needs more attention to maintenance, accuracy in the listing, and responsiveness to guest concerns.

Everything was good. One of the bedrooms didn't have a TV, the living room TV kept going out. But otherwise I give you a 5 rating . Also one of the chairs in bad condition.
