This condo is smoke-free, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, and all other smoking activities.
> To help ensure the no-smoking rule is respected, a Zeptive sensor is installed. It’s a special type of smoke detector that only detects smoke from smoking activities.
> If smoking is confirmed and timestamped by the Zeptive sensor, or if the device is unplugged, tampered with, or disabled, a $500 fee will apply.
